85-Litre Metal Tray

The deep rectangular tray is pressed from 0.8mm gauge steel and finished in a dark powder coat. The generous 85-litre capacity allows large volumes of material to be moved in a single load, reducing the number of trips needed across a worksite or garden. The tray is bolted securely to the tubular frame at multiple points, keeping it rigid under heavy loads and preventing flex or shifting during use.

Rigid Tubular Steel Frame

The frame is constructed from tubular steel with a smooth chrome finish, providing a strong and stable base that supports the tray and distributes load evenly down to the wheel and rear legs. The frame geometry keeps the barrow balanced when loaded, reducing the effort needed to tip and manoeuvre. Two rear support legs keep the barrow upright and level when stationary and during loading.

Pneumatic 350mm Tyre with Steel Rim

The single front wheel is fitted with a 350mm pneumatic tyre mounted on a steel rim. The pneumatic tyre absorbs impact and rolls smoothly over uneven ground, gravel paths, and construction site surfaces — significantly reducing the effort needed to push heavy loads compared to solid-tyre alternatives. The steel rim provides durability under load and resists deformation over extended use.

Ergonomic Handle Grips

The two tubular steel handles are fitted with rubber end caps that provide a comfortable, non-slip grip during pushing, tipping, and manoeuvring. The handle spread and length give good leverage for lifting the front of the barrow and controlling direction with heavy loads.
